**Key Responsibilities**
- **Data Entry**: Accurately input and update information into databases and spreadsheets.
- **Filing**: Organize and maintain physical and electronic files.
- **Documentation**: Prepare, review, and distribute documents, correspondence, and reports.
- **Scheduling**: Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars.
- **Office Supplies**: Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary.
- **Mail Handling**: Sort, distribute, and prepare outgoing mail.
- **Support**: Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- **Other Duties**: Perform other related duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant will be a plus.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred.
- **Skills**:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,523.15 - ₹24,640.75 per month
