**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging art and craft lessons for students of various age groups (e.g., children, teens, or adults).
- Teach a variety of art techniques, such as drawing, painting, sculpture, printmaking, and craft activities like pottery, knitting, or paper crafts.
- Create and maintain a positive, supportive classroom environment where students feel comfortable expressing their creativity.
- Demonstrate various art techniques and guide students through hands-on projects.
- Assess and evaluate students' work, providing constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
- Encourage students to explore their artistic potential and develop their personal style.
- Prepare materials and ensure the availability of necessary supplies for all art and craft projects.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe art studio or classroom.
- Organize and participate in art exhibitions, competitions, or other events to showcase students' work.
- Promote an understanding of the cultural and historical significance of various art forms.
- Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress and achievements.
- Stay up-to-date with new trends and techniques in art and craft, incorporating them into lessons.
- Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to integrate art into cross-curricular activities.
