Job Description: Teacher for Private Coaching (Nursery to 5th Grade)

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher for Private Coaching to provide high-quality education and academic support to students in the nursery to 5th-grade level. As a teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping young minds and fostering a love for learning. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working closely with students in a one-on-one or small group setting.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement effective teaching strategies and methodologies to ensure optimal learning outcomes.

Assess students' strengths and areas for improvement, and create individualized learning plans to address their unique needs.

Provide personalized attention and support to students, creating a conducive learning environment that encourages active participation and academic growth.

Utilize a variety of instructional materials, resources, and teaching aids to enhance learning and reinforce concepts.

Monitor student progress, track performance, and provide regular feedback to students and their parents/guardians.

Identify learning difficulties or challenges and implement appropriate interventions or remedial measures to help students overcome obstacles.

Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, assessments, and academic progress.

Collaborate with parents/guardians to understand their expectations and keep them informed about their child's academic performance.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes respect, discipline, and a love for learning.

Qualifications:
Proven experience working as a teacher or tutor, preferably in a similar age group.

Excellent knowledge of the curriculum and teaching methods suitable for nursery to 5th-grade students.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.

Patient, compassionate, and able to create a supportive and nurturing learning environment.

Ability to assess students' needs, adapt teaching strategies, and provide individualized instruction.

Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
