**Job Description is as follows but not limited to**:

- Knowledge of filling tenders on GEM
- Knowledge of preparation of Tenders & Procedures / Bidding and submission of Tenders.
- Preparing & filling E-Tenders without any guidance
- Manage and prepare all contract documentation and schedules as well as providing support in the estimation of project costs, preparation of specifications and bill of quantities
- To help the project team in preparation of techno-commercial offer draft
- Uploading/Submitting the Documents (General/ Technical/ Commercial) in the ONLINE Platform.
- Liaison with Govt. Department for Vendor Registration, Approvals, and Renewal.
- Manage and prepare all contract documentation and schedules as well as providing support in the estimation of project costs, preparation of specifications and bill of quantities
- Reading, proofreading and understanding technical documents.
- Ability to work competently in Microsoft word and in maintaining a database of the documents
- Handling Back Office work.
- Making reports and documents such as EMD submission, PBG submissions.
- Correspondence for EMD refunds etc.
- Provide administrative support and advice on all contractual matters from the preparation of tenders until final and post contract period

**Qualification**
- Experience in Healthcare/ Pharma/Engineering firms is a plus
- Should have experience in Bid management/ tender management, bid preparation, proposal writing
- Proficient in reading, proofreading and understanding technical documents
- Proficient in preparing documents in English
- Pleasing Personality, Excellent Communication, Strategic & Critical Thinking.
UG: Any Graduate in Any Specialization

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
