**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- To develop brand strategy & manage brand portfolio
- Responsible for achieving top-line, middle-line and bottom-line.
- Prepare and present reports on product performance
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- To monitor and control promotional expenses month on month to be within the budget
- To successfully launch new products
- Interaction with a field for feedback on strategy.
- Coordination with vendors for timely delivery of inputs
- Monitoring and reporting on product performance
- Providing training, product knowledge, and direction to the field sales team to ensure that they are well-equipped with scientific and communication skills.
- Preparing PPT for training, clinical study, helping to prepare PPT for top management for launch meet, etc.
- 5 To 7 Days in Field Work and Travel Openness.
- Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties research and implement best practices.
