**Job Summary**
- We are looking for a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our central team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the bank's infrastructure, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across all departments. This position requires a deep understanding of DevOps practices, strong technical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams to drive the bank's technological initiatives.

Strategy
- Understand the bank’s DevOps strategy and implementing automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes.

**Business**
- This role requires Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure DevOps infrastructure in AWS and Azure.

**Processes**
- Understand the bank’s software delivery processes and implement solutions in line with the bank’s compliance and security requirement.

**People & Talent**
- Work collaboratively with a team of diverse engineers in sprint delivery.
- Produce technical documentation and prepare training materials on the solutions being delivered and provide technical support.

**Risk Management**
- Understand bank’s risk management framework and embed that into the technology solution being delivered.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Governance**
- Understand bank’s software delivery & quality assurance framework and assist in solutioning in respective governance activity.

**Regulatory & Business Conduct**

**Other Responsibilities**
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and disaster recovery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps tools, technologies, and trends to continuously improve the infrastructure.

**Skills and Experience**
- Devops, Secops, CI/CD pipelines, Source control system like git
- Proficient in any program language (java, node, python)
- Ansible or puppet or helm
- Unix, Operating System, Bash or PowerShell
- Container Technology, Kubernetes
- Monitoring and Observability
- Communication & Collaboration

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Infrastructure Engineer with a focus on public cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (IaC).
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools such as Python, Shell, or similar languages.
- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
