We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated **Printing and Packaging Marketing Executive** to join our dynamic team. If you have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the printing and packaging industry, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote our printing and packaging services and products.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs and preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry professionals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective marketing campaigns and materials.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend necessary adjustments to marketing strategies.
- Manage and coordinate promotional activities, trade shows, and events to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using various metrics and report on key findings.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in printing and packaging technologies and industry best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing within the printing and packaging industry.
- Strong knowledge of printing processes, packaging materials, and industry trends.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and software.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (preferred).

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
