Urgent Opening For Supervisor at Foremost Marbles

Location:

- Naroli Road

Experiences:

- 2 to 4 yr

Office Time:

- 9am to 8 pm

Working Days:

- Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team to ensure the completion of all tasks.

Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to team members.

Ensure clear communication and foster a positive, collaborative team environment.

Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals for team members and track performance.

Operational Oversight:
Monitor team performance and quality of work to meet organizational standards.

Schedule work shifts and allocate resources effectively.

Handle workflow planning, task prioritization, and troubleshooting.

Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution:
Address employee concerns, issues, or conflicts in a professional manner.

Solve operational problems quickly and effectively to minimize disruptions.

Implement corrective actions when necessary to improve team performance.

Performance Management:
Conduct regular performance reviews with team members.

Provide constructive feedback to employees and recommend improvement actions.

Recognize and reward outstanding team performance and contributions.

Compliance and Safety:
Ensure team adherence to company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.

Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, addressing any safety concerns promptly.

Conduct regular safety checks and training sessions to keep team members aware of best practices.

Administrative Duties:
Maintain records related to team activities, performance, and attendance.

Prepare reports on team performance, operational metrics, and issues for upper management.

Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment for the team.
