_**Job Title: Social Media Executive**_
- _
- **Responsibilities**:_
- _Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve business goals._
- _Manage all social media accounts including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok._
- _Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text, image, and video posts._
- _Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and engage with followers in a timely manner._
- _Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement._
- _Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices._
- _Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives._
- _Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement._
- _Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a professional and helpful manner._
- _Monitor competitors' social media activities and identify opportunities for differentiation._
- **Requirements**:_
- _Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field._
- _Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role._
- _In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences._
- _Strong written and verbal communication skills._
- _Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas._
- _Excellent multitasking and time-management skills._
- _Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social._
- _Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools._
- _Ability to work independently and as part of a team._
- _A passion for staying ahead of social media trends and best practices._
- **Preferred Qualifications**:_
- _Experience in graphic design or video editing._
- _Familiarity with SEO principles and practices._
- _Previous experience in a similar industry (e.g., e-commerce, technology, fashion)._

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
