Job Description**:Account Executive - XP India - Transportation & Logistics**

**XP India **is a leading player in the transportation and logistics industry, committed to delivering efficient solutions and exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team and help us drive our business forward.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the transportation and logistics sector. Address their inquiries and provide solutions to enhance their experience.
- **Invoicing & Billing**: Prepare, review, and manage invoices ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Collaborate with clients to resolve any billing discrepancies.
- **Financial Transactions**: Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including processing payments, maintaining ledgers, and overseeing accounts receivable.
- **GST & TDS Compliance**: Ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations. Prepare necessary documentation and assist with audits as required.
- **Reporting**: Generate and analyze financial reports, tracking key metrics to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams (operations, logistics, and finance) to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain organized financial records, ensuring all documents are accurate and up-to-date.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in account management, specifically within the transportation and logistics industry.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in Tally and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.). Familiarity with accounting software and tools.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of invoicing, GST, and TDS regulations.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make informed decisions.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex information clearly to clients and team members.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
