**Job Description - Field Officer (Security & Soft Services)**

**Location**: Hyderabad (Field Role - Multiple Client Sites)

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Experience**: 3-6 years in **Facility Management / Security / Housekeeping Supervision**

**About the Role**

We are seeking a proactive **Field Officer** who will manage day-to-day operations at client sites, including **security guard deployment, housekeeping services, and soft services supervision.** This role ensures that our service standards are consistently delivered to residential communities, apartments, and corporate clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and monitor **security guards, housekeeping staff, and soft service teams** across assigned sites.
- Ensure staff attendance, discipline, and performance meet company standards.
- Conduct regular **site visits and inspections** to maintain service quality.
- Act as the **first point of contact** for client complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in **recruitment, training, and onboarding** of guards and housekeeping staff.
- Coordinate with the **Operations Manager** for manpower allocation and shift management.
- Maintain **attendance records, incident reports, and daily activity logs.**:

- Enforce compliance with safety, security, and cleanliness protocols.

**Requirements**:

- 3-6 years of experience in **facility management, security supervision, or housekeeping operations.**:

- Ability to handle **teams of 50-100+ staff** across multiple client sites.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and readiness for **field travel / shift flexibility**.
- Prior military/defense/security background is an added advantage.
