**Job Title**: ITI Fitter

**Responsibilities**
- Read and understand drawings related to spool, header, and valve assemblies.
- Verify received materials against the packing list and Valve BOM. Report any shortages or damages to the Assistant Supervisor.
- Perform fabrication of valve assemblies as per drawing requirements. Carry out required testing such as hydro, functional, and actuation. Ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality.
- Recheck dimensions and quality with the Assistant Supervisor before offering the product to QC or customer. After QC, capture pictures or videos for future reference.
- Regularly fill out job completion documents, including Joint Data Report, Valve Assembly Report, and HPT Report. Ensure proper packing to avoid damage during transportation. Submit material to the store along with waybill after BOM closure.
- Maintain cleanliness of tools and machinery during every shift. Keep the shop floor neat and well-organised.
- Adhere to safety protocols to ensure personal safety and that of co-workers.
- Exhibit disciplined behavior and maintain professionalism in the workplace.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience

- Effective communication
- Proactive in reporting and issue escalation
- Strong analytical skills

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
