As a Finance Executive at Digital Sirmour, you will play a crucial role in managing financial activities and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**: Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts, monitoring variances, and implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure financial targets are met.
- **Accounts Payable and Receivable**: Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment collections, and vendor management, to maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
- **Financial Analysis**: Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes, evaluate investment opportunities, and identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvement.
- **Compliance and Regulations**: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including tax laws, GAAP, and internal policies, to mitigate risks and maintain financial integrity.
- **Ad Hoc Projects**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and initiatives, providing financial insights and recommendations to drive strategic objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software, such as Excel, QuickBooks, or SAP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
