**Objectives of this role**
- Support the company in optimizing our financial transactions and systems by performing reconciliation of payments and customer accounts.
- Communicate discrepancies to the management team and identify slow-paying customers.
- Strengthen and grow relationships with clients by communicating with customers regarding past-due accounts.
- Assist in streamlining the accounts receivable process by identifying areas for performance improvement.
- Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process.
- Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting, and comply with global and local financial requirements.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure ageing is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared.
- Monitor Customer Usage in System and collect accounts receivable by contacting customers.
- Able to Coordinate and support cross functions.
- Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
- Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry.
- Execute credit card and bank account reconciliation.

**Required skills and qualifications**
- Strong mathematical skills
- Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
- Strict adherence to timelines and attention to details.
- Proficiency with Google Drive and Microsoft Applications such as MS Excel and MS Word.
- Proficiency with accounting ERP systems.

**Preferred skills and qualifications**
- Pursuing CA Final or CA Intermediate Pass Out.
- Experience in accounts receivables and accounts payables.
