**Position Overview**

We are seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and take charge of editing reels using Canva for running captivating ads on Instagram. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in transforming our brand's message into visually appealing and engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines.
- Edit short reels using Canva, combining video footage, images, text overlays, animations, and music to create compelling and attention-grabbing ads.
- Design eye-catching graphics, icons, and elements that enhance the visual appeal of the ads and maintain consistency across campaigns.
- Optimize videos for Instagram's format and specifications, ensuring smooth playback and clarity on mobile devices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, Instagram features, and advertising best practices to consistently deliver high-quality content.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for ad campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering exceptional work under time constraints.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with the marketing team to incorporate feedback and ensure the final product meets the campaign's objectives.
- Maintain organized files and assets to ensure easy access and retrieval for future reference.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your skills in video editing, animation, and graphic design.
- Proficiency in using Canva and other relevant design and editing software.
- Strong understanding of Instagram's platform, including reel specifications, trends, and audience behavior.
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate concepts and ideas into visually appealing content.
- Excellent attention to detail, especially in terms of typography, color schemes, and composition.
- Solid understanding of branding principles and the ability to work within established brand guidelines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of advertising and marketing concepts is a plus.
- A passion for staying updated on the latest design trends and industry developments.
