- Share1. Accounting Functions:

- Record financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments, in the accounting software.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, ledgers, and journals.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.

2. Tax Compliance:

- Calculate and deduct TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) as per applicable rates and ensure timely payment to the government.
- Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns, in compliance with GST regulations.
- Handle Professional Tax (PT) compliance, including registration, deductions, and payment.

3. Financial Analysis:

- Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.
- Monitor variances and discrepancies and take corrective actions as necessary.

4. Vendor and Customer Management:

- Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Liaise with vendors and customers to resolve billing and payment issues.

5. Audit Support:

- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information
- Implement audit recommendations and improve internal controls as needed.
