**Job Summary**: The Pharmacist will be responsible for the preparation and dispensing of medications, managing pharmacy inventory, providing drug information and patient counseling, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. The Pharmacist will play a crucial role in patient care by ensuring the safe and effective use of medications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Medication Dispensing**:

- Accurately prepare and dispense medications as per prescriptions.
- Review and interpret prescription orders to ensure accuracy and appropriateness.
- Maintain records of all medications dispensed.
- **Patient Counseling**:

- Provide counseling to patients on the proper use of medications.
- Inform patients about potential side effects and interactions of prescribed drugs.
- Answer any queries from patients regarding their medications.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Manage the inventory of medications and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Monitor drug expiration dates and dispose of expired medications according to regulations.
- Place orders for replenishment of stock and track the receipt of ordered medications.
- **Clinical Collaboration**:

- Work closely with physicians and healthcare staff to provide integrated patient care.
- Assist in the selection of appropriate medications and treatment plans.
- Participate in multidisciplinary patient care rounds.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records for controlled substances and other regulated drugs.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of the pharmacy.
- **Pharmacy Operations**:

- Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment.
- Ensure the proper storage of medications and supplies.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all pharmacy activities.
- Prepare and submit reports on medication usage and other relevant data.
- Ensure proper labeling and packaging of medications.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D).
- Valid pharmacy license.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting. Freshers can also apply.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology and pharmaceutical practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

**Working Conditions**:

- Rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to handle long hours and tasks requiring attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,275.99 - ₹29,605.89 per month

Expected hours: 48 per week
