**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Installation**:

- Install solar panels, inverters, and other related equipment at residential, commercial, or industrial sites.
- Ensure proper wiring, mounting, and alignment of solar panels for maximum efficiency.
- Follow technical drawings, schematics, and installation manuals.
- **Maintenance and Repair**:

- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of solar PV systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions or performance issues.
- Replace or repair faulty components such as inverters, batteries, and wiring.
- **Testing and Commissioning**:

- Perform system testing and commissioning to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.
- Conduct electrical checks and ensure proper grounding and connectivity.
- **Customer Support**:

- Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding system operation and maintenance.
- Address customer queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: ITI or diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- **Experience**: 1 to 2 years of experience in a related field. Prior experience in solar energy systems is highly preferred.
