**ob Responsibilities**:

- **Meter Reading & Billing**:

- Manage and process meter readings using MRI (Meter Reading Instrument) technology.
- Verify accuracy of meter readings and ensure timely data entry into the billing system.
- Generate and process electricity bills based on meter data and company billing standards.
- **Billing & Reporting**:

- Handle billing for residential and commercial accounts, ensuring adherence to energy usage policies.
- Reconcile discrepancies in billing and meter readings, providing detailed reports to management.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual billing statements.
- **Tally ERP Management**:

- Utilize Tally ERP (latest version) to record financial transactions, manage accounts payable/receivable, and maintain the general ledger.
- Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with company accounting standards.
- Manage invoicing, payment tracking, and budgeting within the ERP system.
- **Advanced Excel**:

- Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros, etc.) to analyze meter data and billing trends.
- Prepare and maintain Excel-based reports for billing, revenue forecasting, and account reconciliations.
- Streamline data entry and reporting processes using automation and Excel formulas.
- **Compliance & Audits**:

- Ensure compliance with energy sector regulations related to billing and financial reporting.
- Assist in audits by providing accurate billing and financial data.
- **Customer Support**:

- Address billing-related queries from customers and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to provide accurate billing information and resolve issues promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- **Proficiency in Tally ERP (latest version)** is mandatory.
- **Advanced Excel skills** (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis) are required.
- Experience with meter reading and MRI billing systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for customer interaction.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of the energy sector and billing cycles.
- Familiarity with billing regulations in the utility/energy industry.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
