As a Sales Executive focusing on chat processes for international tours, visa services, holiday packages, and reservations, your key responsibilities would include:
Location : Remote (Chat Process)

Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers via chat to understand their travel requirements and preferences.

Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of international tour packages, visa services, holiday packages, and reservation options to effectively promote and sell them to customers.

Lead Generation: Use chat processes to generate leads and qualify them based on their interest and budget.

Sales Presentations: Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations via chat to showcase the features and benefits of various travel packages and services.

Negotiation: Negotiate prices and terms with customers to close sales and meet revenue targets.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service via chat to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing team, and other departments to coordinate and execute sales strategies via chat.

Documentation: Assist customers with travel documentation, including visas, passports, and travel insurance, via chat.

Payment Processing: Manage payment processing for tour bookings, visa services, holiday packages, and reservations via chat.

Market Research: Conduct market research via chat to identify new trends, destinations, and opportunities in the travel industry.

By fulfilling these responsibilities, you would play a key role in driving sales growth for international tours, visa services, holiday packages, and reservations through chat processes.

Pay: ₹12,516.11 - ₹30,000.00 per month
