**Job Summary**: We are looking for an enthusiastic and empathetic Academic Counsellor to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls from students, parents, and agents who have queries or doubts regarding academic courses, programs, and admission procedures. The counsellor will provide guidance, resolve concerns, and offer information to help students make informed decisions about their educational journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Attend inbound calls from students, parents, and agents with queries about courses, admissions, and academic programs.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on student inquiries or provide additional information.
- Help students understand course offerings, prerequisites, and career prospects.
- Maintain records of student interactions, ensuring proper follow-ups. Stay updated on academic programs, admission procedures, and new courses offered.
- Build rapport with students and agents, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for student engagement and query resolutions.
- Collaborate with the admissions and academic teams to resolve complex inquiries.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fresher can apply.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with students’ needs and concerns.
- Problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
