Job Title: Telemarketing Supervisor

Job Purpose: To increase the collection percentage of the branch

Minimum experience: 8+ years in Telemarketing or Telesales

**Salary**: Up to 8 LPA

JD:

- A. Recruit telemarketing executives and handle them

B. Retention percentage should be monitored on regular basis

C. Maximum number of appointments should be made for a month

D. Weekly / Monthly MIS should be reported to the Branch Manager.

**Salary**: ₹57,000.00 - ₹67,000.00 per month
