**Job Summary**:
The **Commis 3** is an entry-level position in the kitchen brigade. The role is primarily focused on basic food preparation and assisting senior chefs with daily kitchen tasks. Commis 3 plays a key role in maintaining hygiene, mise-en-place, and learning core culinary skills on the job.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in basic food preparation tasks (washing, peeling, cutting, portioning ingredients).
- Support Commis 2, Commis 1, and Chef de Partie during mise-en-place and service.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workstation and kitchen equipment.
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times (HACCP guidelines).
- Learn kitchen procedures, recipes, and presentation standards.
- Dispose of waste properly and assist with kitchen cleaning duties.
- Receive and store deliveries according to kitchen protocols.
- Ensure ingredients are properly labelled and stored.

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety.
- Passion for cooking and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Physical stamina and ability to work long shifts.
- Previous kitchen experience (internship or training) is a plus but not required.
- Flexibility to work in different sections and shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
