We’re looking for a creative and passionate Social Media & Content Creator to join our team and help elevate Hezm’s presence online. This role will give you hands-on experience in social media strategy, content creation, and brand storytelling. You'll be involved in planning, creating, and posting content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand’s voice.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop engaging content for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest), including graphics, videos, stories, and reels.
- **Social Media Management**: Assist with planning, scheduling, and posting content, ensuring a consistent and visually appealing feed.
- **Engagement & Community Building**: Actively engage with our followers, respond to comments, and foster a sense of community around the Hezm brand.
- **Market Research**: Stay up-to-date on social media trends, competitor activities, and wellness industry insights to help improve our strategy.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas, campaigns, and ways to increase brand awareness.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track social media performance metrics and assist in creating reports to assess the effectiveness of content and campaigns.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Creativity & Aesthetic Sense**: Ability to create visually appealing content that aligns with Hezm’s brand style and values.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Both written and verbal, with an understanding of brand tone and audience engagement.
- **Social Media Savvy**: Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, and knowledge of content formats on each.
- **Experience with Design Tools**: Basic experience with design tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, or Photoshop is a plus.
- **Self-Starter**: Motivated and proactive, able to work independently and take ownership of projects.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
