We are seeking a creative and talented German Content Writer to join our Content team. As a Content Writer, you will play a vital role in our content creation efforts, producing engaging and high-quality blog content in German for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).

- Ensure the content is easy to read and engaging, keeping readers on the page longer.
- ** KPI**: Achieve an average session duration of over 2 minutes per blog post.

**Accuracy and Cultural Nuances**:

- Maintain high standards of language accuracy and cultural relevance in all written content.
- ** KPI**: Zero spelling and grammar errors in all content (as evaluated by a professional editor or reputable grammar checking tool).
- ** KPI**: Content adheres to German spelling, punctuation, and grammar conventions.
- ** KPI**: Content avoids cultural references or slang not understood by the German target audience.

**Brief Adherence**:

- Follow specific guidelines and requirements for each blog assignment to meet project expectations.
- ** KPI**: All content adheres to the agreed-upon blog brief (word length, tone, target audience, key messages, etc.).
- ** KPI**: 100% compliance with blog brief guidelines for all assigned tasks.

**SEO Optimization**:

- Implement SEO best practices to enhance search engine rankings and drive traffic and conversions.

- ** KPI**: Meta descriptions optimized for click-through rates and include relevant keywords.
- ** KPI**: Compelling calls to action (CTAs) that encourage conversions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in German language, literature, or a related field.
- Must have studied in English / German medium in school.
- Class 12 English / French score to be a minimum of 90/100.

**Software Knowledge**:

- Proficient in word processors (Microsoft Word, Google Docs).
- Knowledge of Plagiarism checkers.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Strong command of grammar & punctuation.
- Excellent research abilities.
- Should have a portfolio showcasing diverse and well-crafted written content.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.

**Preferred Skills / Requirements**:

- Content writing/ creative writing certificate will be preferred.
