**Job Brief**

Are you someone who enjoys solving problems and improving systems?

One of our esteemed clients is looking for a Techno-Functional QA Analyst with experience in STIBO MDM projects. In this role, you will work closely with developers, architects, and business users to test systems and ensure everything functions seamlessly.

**Responsibilities**
- Understand how STIBO MDM works and help plan and run tests.
- Work with STIBO developers and business users to write test cases.
- Set up and manage the QA environment with the STIBO team.
- Identify the data needed for testing.
- Support users during UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Report and help solve any bugs or issues.
- Join meetings to talk about problems and how to fix them.
- Be a bridge between business needs and technical teams.
- If youve worked with ERP systems before, thats a big plus

**Qualifications**
- 1 to 2+ years of STIBO QA experience.
- 2+ years of experience in STIBO development.
- Worked as a QA or Business Analyst in STIBO projects for 1+ year.
- Experience working with both business and tech teams.
- Good at writing clear test plans and finding problems.
- ERP upgrade or implementation experience is nice to have.
