Cosmetic Counsellor

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Attending clinic visitors - understanding the skin and cosmetic problems, guiding them for proper therapies and treatment after suggested by doctor, proper counselling the patients regarding their skin, hair or cosmetic concerns.
- Communicating and coordinating with doctors and therapists, and patients on regular basis.
- Providing individual assessments & developing initial treatment plans.
- Helping visitors to choose the best possible treatments after discussing doctor, explaining them about therapies, effects and precautions.
- Follow up of visitors - Managing clinical record of visitors, follow them to complete the therapies on time, discussing the case with doctor if any issue during the therapy.
- Reporting - Proper reporting of attended patients, their concerns.
- Cross selling and upselling - maximizing the revenue growth by cross selling and upselling.
- Consent taking

**Eligibility Criteria**
- Any experience in parallel work industry.
- Should have knowledge of Skin, Laser & Cosmetic conditions, therapies, preferred who has worked in same industry for at least 3-4 yrs.
- Should have Good communication, Leadership and Interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
