We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Business Development Executive (Healthcare domain) with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue in the healthcare industry to join our team at MedConnectPlus, a company dedicated to promoting a holistic approach to disease prevention, longevity, and overall well-being.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

**Responsibilities**:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - mandatory.

Build and maintain relationships with patients, key decision-makers and stakeholders in hospitals, clinics, pharmaceutical companies, and other healthcare organizations PAN India.
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

Follow up patients about their health issues

Maintain records

**Working Hours : 8 AM - 8 PM** Work From Home

Front Desk telecalling and reception management 2-4 days in a month in Kolkata Salt Lake Office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 per month
