**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver interactive lesson plans tailored to primary-level students.
- Conduct live online classes using creative and age-appropriate methods.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress through assessments and feedback.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student performance.
- Create a positive and inclusive virtual classroom environment.
- Keep accurate records of student attendance and performance.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance teaching practices.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of teaching experience (online or offline).
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Ability to effectively engage and manage young learners in an online setting.
- Comfortable using technology for virtual teaching and basic administrative work.
- Access to a personal laptop and a stable internet connection
- Well-organized, patient, and committed to student growth and well-being.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
