You have a deep understanding of climate finance, carbon markets, climate tech solutions and inclusive business models for climate solutions. You have demonstrated entrepreneurial and collaborative abilities in your past work by driving innovation to enable change. You work with a high sense of responsibility and are committed to channeling your zeal for impact into transformative and measurable outcomes. **TYPICAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LEADERSHIP ROLE**: - Master or equivalent degree from a premier institution in Business Administration, Sustainability, - Public Administration, Policy, International Relations, Development, Social Entrepreneurship, Social - sciences, Economics, Education or any related fields with an excellent academic record; - Overall, 15+ years of work experience, including experience at a leading consulting /advisory firm or as a - practitioner in corporates, multilateral, or bilateral organizations or experience at a top social impact - organization in a leadership capacity; - Successful track record in building a business and managing its P&L; - Experience in managing multiple work streams in a program, driving performance management with on - ground partners and clients, and setting up and operationalizing strong project management systems and - processes; - Highly proficient in stakeholder management across all levels in the client organizations as well as within - the firm; - Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and perform in an entrepreneurial atmosphere; - A passion for international development, typically evidenced by a strong interest and prior exposure to - global issues; - Sensitivity to the political and cultural environments of international public agencies or similarly complex - environments. **TYPICAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LEADERSHIP ROLE**: Intellecap is a platform for creating impact at scale.
