We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our growing team. As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients through phone calls, and maintaining good customer relationships. You will play a key role in achieving our sales and revenue growth objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our website development services.
- Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and explain how our services can meet their requirements.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our website development solutions and services to potential clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients to build and nurture relationships.
- Drive sales by converting leads into customers and achieving sales targets.
- Keep an updated and accurate record of all interactions with potential clients in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitors' offerings to better tailor sales strategies.
- Gather feedback from clients to help improve our services and customer experience.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve overall company goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0-1 years of experience in telecalling or telesales, preferably in the IT or website development industry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in regional languages is a plus.
- Strong persuasive skills with a knack for closing sales.
- Ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
