**Job Title: Sales Coordinator**

**Location**: Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad
**Employment Type**: Full-Time.
**Qualification**: Any Graduate, MBA
**Experience**: 2 to 4 years,
**Time**: 10 AM To 7 PM,

**Responsibilities**
- Managing overall sales related activities/ responding to sales enquiries properly and timely.
- Coordination with clients, making closure of sales enquiries into PO and proper coordination/support and guidance with the clients throughout the sales enquiry closing process.
- Understanding the requirements of potential clients, offering solutions to their technical queries, support and follow-up calls, responding to clients’ Request for Proposal and sending proper quotations in time, etc.
- Gathering Tender information from Govt. Portals like GeM, etc., regularly, preparation of Tender documents and submission within its deadline.
- Keeping Sales Contract/PO/WO data properly in an Excel Sheet maintaining the Contract period and renewal within time, etc.
- Creating and maintaining a database of information of prospective clients properly in an Excel Sheet.
- Handling Payment follow-up in coordination with Accounts Dept.
