**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate and execute events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, posting, and engagement.
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters.
- Support the maintenance of the company's website content and updates.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in the marketing field

**Preferred Skills**:

- Any previous experience in LinkedIn/Social Media Marketing.
- Any previous experience in tools like Canva
- Any previous experience in building landing pages.
- Any experience in content writing.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
