Medical Billing Process Associate

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and submit accurate claims to insurance companies using appropriate coding and documentation.
- Monitor claim status and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.
- Assign appropriate medical codes (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) to diagnoses and procedures.
- Post payments received from insurance companies and patients into the billing system.
- Reconcile discrepancies in payments and accounts.
- Investigate and resolve claim denials, rejections, and appeals.
- Communicate effectively with insurance companies to expedite claim processing.
- Assist patients with billing inquiries, payment plans, and financial assistance programs.
- Generate billing reports and analyse data to improve billing processes and collections.
**Qualifications**:
- Certification in medical billing and coding preferred.
- Graduation in any field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical billing or a related field.
- Proficiency in medical billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in coding and billing processes.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
