**Position Summary**

We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated Legal Interns to join our legal team. The intern will support attorneys and legal staff in day-to-day operations, conduct legal research, assist in drafting documents, and gain practical exposure to various legal processes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Help prepare case files and materials for court or internal use.
- Support due diligence and regulatory compliance efforts.
- Attend meetings, hearings, or client calls as appropriate.
- Maintain organized case files and legal databases.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data entry.
- Stay current on relevant legal trends and developments.

**Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing a J.D. or LL.B. degree from an accredited law school.
- Strong academic performance and legal writing skills.
- Excellent research and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research platforms (e.g., LexisNexis, Westlaw).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.

Pay: ₹2,500.00 per month
