English Faculty

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
- Deliver effective instruction using a variety of teaching methodologies.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and behavior.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and teaching practices.
- Participate in professional development activities to stay abreast of current educational trends.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Adhere to school policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree (preferred) or Bachelor's degree in English or a related field.
- 2-4 years of proven experience teaching English in a CBSE school (essential).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
- Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum and assessment practices.
- Proficiency in using technology to enhance teaching and learning.

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

**Interview Procedure**:

- 1 HR round
- 1 Round with school coordinator ( based on position/score)
- 1 Demo teaching round with the school Principal

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications (₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month).
