**Position Title**: Retail Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, assess their needs, and provide product recommendations and assistance to enhance their shopping experience.
- **Sales Generation**: Actively engage with customers to promote products, answer inquiries, and close sales to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings, including features, benefits, and specifications, to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
- **Visual Merchandising**: Assist with maintaining an organized and visually appealing store layout, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring product presentation meets company standards.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory replenishment, and communicate inventory needs to management to ensure availability of products for customers.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to exceed customer expectations and foster long-term relationships.
- **Cash Handling**: Process sales transactions accurately, handle cash, credit, and debit payments, and reconcile cash registers at the end of each shift.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with store management and colleagues to achieve sales goals, contribute to a positive team environment, and support overall store operations.
- **Promotions and Events**: Assist with the implementation of sales promotions, special events, and marketing initiatives to drive traffic and increase sales.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or retail management is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the sporting goods or related industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey product information and sales messages.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
