Job Title: Telecaller Counselor

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller Counselor to join our team at CollegeEase. As a Telecaller Counselor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to potential college students and their families, helping them understand the college admissions process and find the right educational path for their future. Your primary goal will be to assist students in achieving their academic and career goals, while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective college students and their families to discuss their academic and career goals and provide guidance on the college admissions process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student information and follow-up communications.
- Assist with marketing and outreach efforts to increase awareness of CollegeEase services and attract new clients.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve company goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

- Fresher / 6 Months of experience in a customer service, sales, or counseling role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and connect with students and their families.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software preferred.
- Knowledge of college admissions and financial aid processes preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
