Outpatient attends on Reception. Provide information of all medication procedure.
- To check Vitals of Patients coming in OPD
- Create ID of the patient.
- Maintain indoor patient record in register.
- Attend all patient calls and enquiry call update on dashboard.
- Give the Appointment of the out patients.
- Make a final bill of the admit patients.
- Maintain recoverable of all indoor patients.
- Maintain Daily patient timeline.
- Maintain the privacy of patient record and information.
- To be responsible for out and indoor patient cash record.
- Maintain record of the sending and receiving Document register.
- Upload the record of all outdoor patient lab payment on Dashboard.
- Maintain the daily day book entry register.
- Attend the outer and forward their messages to all senior Management.
- Fill Registration Form from new patient
- Feedback form given to outdoor patient.
- Duties will be rotational basis with pre-assessment as per requirement.
- To follow-up for payments.
- To assure the highest possible level of patient/guest satisfaction.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rara Sahib Road, Doraha - 141421, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Front desk - Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospital: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:
