We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Admission Counselor and Administrator to join our dynamic team at Elevate Coaching Center. In this role, you will guide and support prospective students and their families throughout the admissions process, while also managing various administrative functions. Your expertise will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and fostering positive relationships with both students and their families.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Counseling**:

- Provide personalized guidance to students and assist with admissions inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, helping them navigate their academic journey.

**Administration**:

- Oversee the daily administration of the coaching center, ensuring efficient operations.
- Maintain detailed records of inquiries, admissions, class schedules, lectures, and attendance.
- Collect and analyze feedback, reviews, and testimonials for continuous improvement.

**Marketing**:

- Manage telecalling and handle incoming inquiries to promote the center's offerings.
- Establish and grow a network with other educational institutions through visits and calls.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in admissions counseling, administration, or a related field.

**Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and other office tools (Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

**Qualities**:

- Disciplined, punctual, and able to manage time efficiently.
- A proactive and quick learner with a solutions-oriented mindset.

**Compensation**:

- Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month, plus performance-based incentives.
