**Requirement & Skills**
- A Bachelor’s degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field is required. Previous teaching experience, particularly in a classroom setting, is preferred
- Proficiency in Hindi language with a deep understanding of its grammar, literature, and culture.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- Ability to use educational technology and software for teaching, such as online platforms and language learning tools.
- Leadership skills to inspire and motivate students in their learning journey.
- Patience and empathy to cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
- Organizational skills to plan lessons, manage classroom activities, and evaluate student performance.
- Creativity in developing engaging lesson plans and teaching materials.
