**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately transcribe medical reports, patient notes, and related documents from audio recordings.
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of patient medical records.
- Follow up with healthcare providers to clarify any inconsistencies or missing details.
- Maintain proper documentation and update records as required by the company’s standards.
- Adhere to company guidelines and maintain quality standards in all transcriptions.

**Requirements**:

- Up to **2 years of experience** in **medical transcription** (preferably with healthcare organizations).
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and healthcare documentation standards.
- Excellent listening and typing skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- **Preferred experience** working within established healthcare organizations.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to manage time effectively.
