Company Overview:
We are a fast growing end to end production agency specialising in creating compelling and visually stunning videos for brands. Our goal is to captivate audiences, enhance brand visibility, and drive conversions. We are seeking a talented and experienced Videographer to join our creative team and bring our clients' visions to life.

Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients, creative directors, and marketing teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and brand guidelines.
- Plan and execute the production of product videos and celebrity Instagram ad reels from concept development to final delivery.
- Operate DSLR cameras, gimbals, and other relevant equipment to capture high-quality footage.
- Set up lighting, audio, and other necessary equipment for shoots.
- Direct talent and provide clear instructions to ensure optimal performances.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality of video content.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Videographer, with a portfolio showcasing product videos, digital ads and celebrity Instagram reels.
- Proficient in operating DSLR cameras, gimbals, and other relevant equipment.
- Solid understanding of cinematography, composition, and lighting techniques.
- Strong knowledge of video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Excellent storytelling abilities and attention to detail to create visually captivating content.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients, talent, and the creative team.
- A keen eye for aesthetics
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their video specifications.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for staying updated on industry trends and new technologies.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
