Dispach Executive

**Job Title**: Dispatch Executive / Sr. Dispatch Executive
**Location**: Bhandup, Mumbai
**Industry**: Food & Beverages
**Experience**: Minimum 1 Year (Preferred from same industry)
**CTC**: ₹15,000 - ₹23,000 per month
**Shifts**: Night Shifts (12 am to 10 am)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and monitor daily dispatch activities from the central kitchen
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to outlets or customers
- Maintain records of dispatch schedules, delivery challans, and inventory movement
- Collaborate with production, packaging, and logistics teams for seamless operations
- Monitor vehicle routing and delivery efficiency
- Address and resolve any dispatch-related issues or delays
- Ensure all dispatches meet quality and packaging standards
- Maintain stock levels of dispatch materials (boxes, stickers, etc.)
- Generate daily dispatch reports and submit to operations manager

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in dispatch/logistics, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with dispatch software or tools is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays if required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
