**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role based in Agra for a Dispatch Executive. The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with assigning carriers and processing shipments, monitoring carrier performance, and ensuring timely delivery of shipments to customers. The Dispatch Executive will work closely with operations, customer service, and carriers to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
- Experience in dispatching, transportation or logistics
- Efficient problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Responsible for carriers and monitoring the status of loads.
- Degree or certification in Supply Chain or Transportation Management is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
