We are seeking a **remote Software Architect** with expertise in **SAP Logistics (SCM)** to join our team. As a Software Architect, you will be responsible for leading the pre-sale and implementation project governance and delivery, including business requirements adjustment and development, fit-gap analysis, process and organizational change, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for our customer.

-Assist in evaluating existing customer solutions and identifying potential areas for implementing SAP solutions
-Contribute to the refinement and enhancement of Order-to-Cash (O2C) functional requirements and the identification of relevant IT and business facilitators, starting from the initial customer initiatives and progressing to the final blueprint for SAP implementation
-Participate in account planning activities aimed at shaping the customer's vision within the scope of the solution
-Promote architecture governance and methodologies to ensure uniformity, communication, and collaboration throughout the O2C architecture domain
-Engage with customers throughout their lifecycle, playing a vital role within the account engagement team
Take the lead or provide support in developing target architectures and customer roadmaps, ensuring alignment with SAP solutions
-Actively introduce innovative concepts to address specific customer requirements
-Cultivate personal customer relationships and assist the EPAM sales team in in-depth discussions related to customer solutions
-Stay well-informed about trends in O2C process improvements and the current SAP solution portfolio to craft a tailored customer roadmap
-Estimate the required efforts for enhancing the O2C process, organizational design, SAP technical configuration, and development
- requirementsMinimum of 7 years of practical hands-on experience in SAP development
-At least 2 projects in a technical team lead role with constant hands-on work during the last 3 years
-At least 1 year of experience as a Software Architect
-Expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution and Order Management Module
-Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business architecture development with knowledge of related business processes, SAP solutions, and delivery methodology
-Knowledge of sales-related processes and SAP S/4HANA (Sales, Condition Contract Management) functionality
-Experience in driving architecture governance and methodologies to ensure consistency, communication, and cooperation across the O2C domain of architecture
-Experience in leading pre-sale and implementation project governance and delivery, including business requirements adjustment and development, fit-gap analysis, process and organizational change, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
-Strong experience in assessing current customer solutions and potential areas of opportunity for SAP solution implementation
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at an Upper-Intermediate level
- nice to haveHigh-level understanding of several SAP products capabilities, functionality, and technologies: SAP S/4HANA (SCM), SAP CAR, CARABs, C4C, Order Management Foundation, BTP
-Strong understanding of SFA and CRM-related processes
-Knowledge of sales process cycle, account, and go-to-market planning in IT service sales
-Expertise in frameworks: PMP, SAP Architectural and Design Thinking, TOGAF
-High-level understanding of 4P framework, pricing strategies, CVP and CEE creation approaches, Lean methodology
