**Job Title: Accounts Officer (US Accounting)**

**Exp. Required: 2 - 4 yrs**

**Location : Ahmedabad**

**What will you do**:

- Daily Review the work of account executive & junior accountant
- Daily review of audit reports.
- Managing payroll for clients
- Mentoring the juniors
- Performing daily accounting activities including AP management & AR management
- Preparation for the month end & passing the month end accrual entry
- Bank & credit card reconciliation & ensure all queries are resolved
- liaison with TL to prepare financial reports.
- Sales tax return review & filing
- preparation & review the commission reports
- Make sure the proper documentation of all the supporting documents.
- Assist TL in Year end Audit & year end finalization
- Assist TL in Budget preparation & forecasting
- Assist TL in new client setup/implementation
- Prepare cash flow statement
- Maintain Fixed Asset records including the calculation of monthly depreciation and amortization entries

**What you bring**:

- 2 to 4 year of experience
- Possesses a combination of both problem-solving and innovation skills to attend to several technical production challenges
- Must have worked on Month end & year end Process
- In-depth knowledge of Accounting & it's concepts
- Self-motivated with the strong work ethic
- A proactive approach to accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and other US accounting system
- Proficiency in intermediate Microsoft Excel and MS Office
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

**Educational Qualification**:

- B.Com, B.B.A, M.Com or M.B.A (In Finance), Inter C.A, or any equivalent graduation or post-graduation
