**Profile Introduction**:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Civil Supervisor (Fresher)** to join our construction team. As a fresher, you will work under the guidance of experienced supervisors and engineers to assist in managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring the quality of work, and maintaining safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have a basic understanding of civil engineering principles and are eager to gain hands-on experience in construction management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in supervising construction activities, ensuring work is carried out according to design specifications, drawings, and standards.
- Monitor construction progress and report any delays or issues to senior management.
- Assist in the inspection of materials, workmanship, and construction processes to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Support senior supervisors in conducting quality checks and ensuring the highest standards of construction.
- Assist in coordinating with contractors, sub-contractors, and laborers to ensure smooth execution of construction activities.
- Communicate project timelines and deliverables to on-site teams and ensure work is progressing as per schedule.
- Ensure that all safety guidelines and regulations are followed on-site.
- Report any safety hazards or unsafe working conditions to senior staff.

**Profile Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of civil engineering concepts, construction materials, and construction processes.
- Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
