**Job Title**: Hybrid Cloud Enterprise Architect - Private Cloud Enterprise & Private Cloud Business Edition

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead architecture and design of private cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop hybrid cloud strategies integrating public cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and private cloud environments.
- Oversee security, compliance (ISO, GDPR), and governance of cloud solutions.
- Drive automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams.
- Evaluate and recommend cloud technologies for long-term scalability and cost efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- **12+ years** of IT architecture experience with **5+ years in private cloud and enterprise cloud solutions**.
- Expertise in **Private Cloud Enterprise & Business Edition**, cloud security, and compliance.
- Strong background in **hybrid cloud integration**, cloud automation, and orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with **VMware, OpenStack, Nutanix, Kubernetes, and Terraform**.
- Proficiency in **cloud security best practices** and workload migration.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certifications in AWS, Azure, VMware, or equivalent.
- Experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, and multi-cloud strategies.

**Other Requirements**:

- Must be able to **join immediately or within 3 weeks**.
- Should be open to **relocation to Bangalore or a hybrid work model**.
- Must be available for a **face-to-face (Bangalore) or Zoom interview**.

**Work Experience**

12+ years in IT architecture, with at least 5 years in private cloud and enterprise cloud solutions.

**Private Cloud Expertise**

Proven experience with Private Cloud Enterprise and Private Cloud Business Edition platforms.

**Hybrid Cloud Strategy**

Strong understanding and hands-on experience with hybrid cloud integration (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

**Cloud Management & Orchestration**

Experience with cloud management platforms such as VMware, OpenStack, Nutanix, and orchestration tools.

**Virtualization Knowledge**

Familiarity with VMware, KVM, Hyper-V, SDN, and SDS.

**Containerization & Kubernetes**

Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.

**Cloud Security & Compliance**

Strong knowledge of security best practices, compliance frameworks (ISO, GDPR), identity management, encryption, and access control.

**Networking, Storage & Compute Optimization**

Understanding of cloud networking, storage, and performance/cost efficiency best practices.

**Automation & IaC**

Proficiency in automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Ansible, Terraform, etc.

**Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement**

Experience leading cross-functional teams and engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Workload Migration Expertise**

Experience with migrating workloads from on-premises data centers to private/hybrid cloud environments.

**Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge**

Experience ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.

**Cloud Certifications (preferred)**

AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, VMware VCP, or equivalent.

**DevOps & DevSecOps Knowledge (preferred)**

Familiarity with DevOps and DevSecOps principles in private cloud environments.

**Immediate or Short Notice Joiner**

Must be able to join immediately or within 3 weeks.

Pay: ₹2,683,389.60 - ₹3,870,976.39 per year
