The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
**Qualification & Skills Required**:
- Graduation Mandate, Specialised Graduation or Post Graduation will be an added advantage
- Must have 2-3 years’ experience into EPHR/BHR role wherein the professional must have handled attrition management, grievance management, employee engagement or relations.
- Teamwork - experience of working both in a team and individual setting.
- Should have ability to work as team player
- Ability to work under pressure and comfortable with matrix reporting with ability to balance line & functional pressures.
- Ability to independently pursue new ideas for improving HR activities/services.
**Job Responsibility**:
- Responsible for establishing communication channels for employees to communicate.
- Closely interact with the employees and find out trends on the floor.
- Should have analytical skills to understand the gap areas and come with resolution to close the gap
- Ensure that all the activities are conducted based on the EP Calendar.
- Should be one point of contact to employee for any concern for employees.
- Would be handling span ratio of 1:800 employees.
- Counsel employees on various issues and take action as per company policies.
- Own end to end HR processes assigned like on boarding, attendance, employee satisfaction surveys, responding to employee queries, separation, leave tracking, letter generation, payroll, data updating, record maintenance or other day to day HR role.
- Communicate all policies to employees and updating of the same in trackers.
- Run the Reward and recognition program.
- Co-ordinate two-way communication with employees through - Town hall meetings, Team-leader/ manager group interactions etc.
- Responsible for establishing communication channels for employees to communicate.
- Should be involved in retention counselling and highlight with suggestive measures on pain areas to reduce attrition
- Run the attrition analysis on daily/weekly/Bi-weekly/Monthly/Quarterly and ensure the attrition doesn’t exceed the company’s benchmark.
